Located near Selfridges and Harley Street with Bond Street station just a stones throw away (5 min walk), it is ideal for individuals working in the beauty/medical field. All rooms are equipped with an electric bed, seating, countertop and storage.

Special treatment licence, washable laminated floor, Kitchen with fridge, room with sink provided to comply with your insurance policy, electric beauty bed, magnifying lamp, countertop, storage cupboards, chair, stool on wheels, blankets, pillows, toilet, free wifi, 24 hours access, 2 waiting areas. A friendly receptionist will welcome your clients during reception time.

 

Here is the current availability, on a weekly basis:

Mon – Fri: 10am – 7:30pm (can extend to any hours) £150 daily
Sat: 10am – 7:30pm (can extend to any hours) £125 daily
Sun: Closed but can open any hours £100 daily
Half days £25 per hour (minimum 4 hour weekly booking).
Partnership business offers welcome.
Fees are all inclusive (electricity, water, VAT) and payable monthly/daily, 1 month deposit and 1 month notice to quit required.

Xcel Health is a brand new, purpose-built health centre situated in a convenient location off of the A249 in Sititngbourne.

We have ample car parking spaces with on road parking also available.

We have 2 clinic rooms available to let. We are open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays 7am-2pm with reception cover included.
