Description

Your 4-hour slot will be reserved and designated to you every week until you provide the Box Tree Clinic with 60 days’ notice of cancellation in writing to admin@therapyroom.rent. Prompt monthly payment required in lieu of no deposit. Invoices will be automatically emailed monthly and there is an ability to manage your account online using our online account management application.

Please note that if you select 2 or 3 slots back-to-back (8 or 12 hours), please feel free to disregard the half hour changeover period that is blocked off (i.e. 12:00pm-12:30pm and 4:30pm-5:00pm), as you are free to use the entire time period from the beginning of your first slot of the day to the end of your last slot. You are also welcome to use the room before 8am and after 9pm if you have reserved that morning or evening slot. However, please be aware that cleaners enter the room in the early morning (usually before 7am).

Option 2: 1 + Enable Room Booking @ 5% Commission

This membership level enables practitioners to book up to five rooms through therapyroom.rent. Both sessional and ad-hoc rooms bookings can be made. Sessional room booking allows practitioners to book the same room at the same time each week for a monthly subscription. Ad-hoc room booking allows practitioners to book a room as and when they need it for as long as they need. A marketplace transaction fee of 5% is charged for all room bookings. This charge is inclusive of card transaction fees.

This membership level enables practitioners to book up to twenty rooms through therapyroom.rent. Both sessional and ad-hoc rooms bookings can be made. Sessional room booking allows practitioners to book the same room at the same time each week for a monthly subscription. Ad-hoc room booking allows practitioners to book a room as and when they need it for as long as they need. A marketplace transaction fee of 4% is charged for all room bookings. This charge is inclusive of card transaction fees.
